How will we judge the trend of the market? I want to share my opinions. We need to grasp two trends of the market. The first trend is small cycle, namely, the small cycle of real estate market. The other trend is the big cycle of real estate market. What is small cycle? In fact in recent ten years, we have been always accompanied by small cycle, the tightening and loosening of financial policies and real estate policies. Therefore, everyone is very restless with the real estate market of Shenzhen and even China. As we are working in the frontline of real estate, we are clear that every time when everyone says the bubble of house market of Shenzhen will collapse, a lot of customers did not buy houses. Many people in Shenzhen have said that the house price will decline by 30-50% for times. Many people were too afraid to buy a house. However, after two years, they regretted.

We took the first spot in the ranking list of architecture design on a design journal. The picture is Mr. Art Gensler, the founder of Gensler. Simone Crespi said, by studying the development of Central City, we believed that Longgang River has a uniqueness of memory retention, just like "Roppongi Hills". We hope to create a public area for people to linger and provide a space for activities of citizens. To provide all citizens with a rich experience, we build the special positioning of the Central City with the design of skylight and outdoor space. We find that Longgang has a special status and hope to build a second CBD for Shenzhen, just like Manhattan, the second CBD to New York, that connects public traffic and links up all commercial facilities.
Simone Crespi stressed that by connecting the surrounding, it will create an activity venue full of vitality and providing everyone with different experiences. We are very honored to jointly develop a shared space belonging to Great Aim Central City together with Great Aim Group and make use of the public space to integrate the connection between the park and the riverbank and strengthen the connection of landscape system and waterside bank. The project has an access to riverbank and subway, so we use an ecological network to link up diversified destinations, create a rich walking experience and build a city energetic for 24 hours.
