From a grass-roots employee tothe Vice Chairman of the company, Dai Di has become more mature and resolutethrough continuous learning and accumulation during his career development. Inthe face of the current complicated work, his thinking not only keeps pace withthe times, but he also takes the initiative to innovate and try differentapproaches. After he took responsibilities for some of the previous stagnantwork, major progress and breakthroughs had been made. In the face of theseachievements, he did not show any pride or relaxation. He believes that theseare just the results of the platform and the joint efforts of the team, but hehas a clearer and thorough understanding of the group’s philosophy and culture.
Dai Di believes that the most active economyin China is the private enterprise group, and Great Aim Group with thetree-vine spirit, has accumulated generations of efforts and hard work, whetherin real estate, finance or the use and transformation of smart technology,whether in Zhuhai or Shenzhen, from the foothold of Guangdong to the wholecountry, from several billion yuan to 200 billion yuan of investment. The Regulation Committee of Huizhou DayawanEconomic and Technological Development Zone approved only two real estateprojects in 2018 (the rest approved were all municipal projects). Dai Di, asthe director of the Huizhou project, worked hard to communicate with therelevant government departments, so that the Huizhou Yushui Garden Projectcould be successfully approved. On July 30, 2018, Shenzhen promulgated newmeasures to rein in property prices, which had a major policy impact on GreatAim Group’s Xiyuehui Building project. At this time, as the first responsibleapplier for the construction, Dai Di led the newly formed application – for -construction team of the Shenzhen company, to actively communicate with therelevant government departments, as well as took effective countermeasures tocomplete the delivery receipt before the implementation of the new measures,which avoided the impact of the new measures on the project. On October 1 ofthe same year, the national fire protection system was restructured, and thenew fire protection approval method will lead to the overthrow of the overalldesign of the Xiyuehui Building project. With continuously good communicationwith the seniors and important departments of the fire protection system, hesubmitted the fire protection plan and received the receipt on the eve of therestructuring, and contacted the design institute and the fire protectioninspection department to improve the drawings and data during the weekends.Finally, on October 23, he obtained the FireProtection Review Opinions on Construction Projects approved according tothe original plan; the new architectural design plan of the Zhongzhu TimesSquare Project is the core goal of enhancing the group’s appeal, to ensure themaximum benefit of the project, to actively communicate with the government departmentsto complete the Verification Opinions onPlan Design and Opinions on PublicAllocation. At the same time, he actively coordinated the relevantdepartments to avoid the delay caused by the drawing and review of the plan, tocomplete the review of the construction permit for construction projectstimely, before the introduction of Shenzhen’s new policy, and quickly completeall construction procedures such as permit for engineering planning, andconstruction permit for construction projects based on this.

No.1 Capital Planning Department of Great Aim Group

In the past two years, the real estate industry has been affected by the regulatory policies, especially the private real estate enterprises, which generally face the problem of difficult financing and expensive financing. In 2018, the No.1 Capital Planning Department was repeatedly appointed with urgent responsibilities, to actively expand the financing channels to ensure that the group did not lose credit in the complicated environment. In their hearts, they firmly believe that “to sacrifice for the ambition and have the courage to change a new situation”.
As a member of the No.1Capital Planning Department, Xue Liye was admitted to the group in March 2017.But before that, he and the group have already had an incomprehensible bond. Inthe financial institutions and the original units, he had always had businesscooperation with Great Aim Group and served the Group. Later, he became one ofthe owners of Great Aim Group, so he had more understanding of the Group’scorporate culture and brand image. He deeply felt that this is not only areal-estate enterprise that “navigates for life quality pursuers”, but also aplatform that can fulfill one’s self-value, so he chose to join the Group.
While pursuing his dream, hisactions will consistent with his words. During his two years at Great AimGroup, his biggest feeling came from the professional views in finance of theboard of directors represented by Chairman Yang Feng. Their thoughts and ideasfor innovative financing fully integrated finance and real estate with sparksand highlights, and many classic cooperation cases have been left in manyfinancial institutions.
With the development of the complicatedcapital planning work, that Xue Liye and his colleagues work overtime hasbecome usual. During numerous sunrises and sunsets, they were always theearliest to arrive, and the latest to leave. They worked very hard to game withfinancial institutions to ensure the successful submission of the materials.

Although the financing processis full of difficulties, everything is worth it. The Capital PlanningDepartment is a department that involves trade secrets. The rigor of colleaguesin the department can be seen in daily work. From the confidentiality of datadocking to the management of files, the colleagues are meticulous in completingevery detail of their work. It is a challenging task for us to master theknowledge of finance, banking, etc., and to apply these knowledges to differenttypes of projects in the group. Once, Wei Yuchang thought thatthe image of the archivist was like an old scholar wearing with a pair ofglasses, and working with the lifeless achieves, doing the same and boringworks every day. However, when she really became an archivist, she realized thefun and broadness of her work, and also deeply understood the important responsibilitiesshe shouldered.
In these nine years, WeiYuchang was the closest person to the Archive Room of the Group. There waslaughter, sweat and tears in her work, which gave her a new understanding ofthe archives work.
